Wirthlin cites Bernett Research for fast turnaround and teamwork
BOSTON: An important, long-term client telephoned Wirthlin Worldwide with a request for a comprehensive market research project recently. The client wanted to poll a select segment of registered voters in five distinct regions across the state. And they needed the results in a hurry: three days max.
Wirthlin knew who to call when the pressure was on: Bernett Research interviewers made the first call for Wirthlin at 6:38 PM Mountain Time on October 21, 2003.
By 10:30 PM on October 23rd-two days later, Bernett had made more than 58,000 phone calls and completed the required 700 in-depth surveys.
But there was still more to do. Once the calls were done, the resulting data needed to be processed and coded so it could be handed off efficiently to the team inside Wirthlin who would develop the final presentation for the client. At 4 AM the next morning, the data was delivered by email to the Wirthlin team members who were able to grab the results, develop a characteristically world-class presentation, and deliver it personally later that day.
