The Strategic Partner Response (SPResponse) service is a private-label extranet provided by Bernett Research Services Inc. to share information gathered during a series of telephone or web surveys with the survey respondents.

One of the most compelling incentives for respondents—especially in business-to-business surveys—is being able to review the results for themselves. People like to know how their peers answered the same questions. It gives them a benchmark for their own answers and contributes to a sense of community.
